2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP All content is the sole and exclusive property of Mltoons. You are strictly prohibited from recording, screenshotting, downloading, or redistributing any part of the curriculum.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Program and shall not disclose it to third parties.
4. PRIVACY & SAFETY (COPPA COMPLIANT) We follow COPPA. We do not collect names, emails, or addresses from children. By checking the box below, you provide Verifiable Parental Consent.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Mltoons shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Program.
6. LIMITED LICENSE & TERMINATION Mltoons grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
7. AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK In exchange for free access, you agree to complete a brief feedback survey at the end of the pilot.
